100word challenge, A World War 2 story (some details in this story are not true, while others are.)
Copenhagen, Denmark ,1940, my family and I would walk up the hill every other day, for a picnic. We would look upon the flag of the Jews. The flag would always point south, when the wind’s direction changed. We believed it was a warning to hide and run. We have never seen it but some have, my mother and I believed that we were lucky and protected by the One above, but we were so wrong.

April 9, 1940, my family and I went for our last picnic and we watched the flag once again, but as the weather changed, they.................. they, were gone.

  4. nice story
    - you have to double space after a period.
    - you do not need a comma after /south/ in your 3rd sentence.

    overall nice story
